Quick update this week. Feeling good…getting into the habit of doing my new routine…That’s always the hardest part for me.
Have a few new things coming for the garage gym, some lighter weights for Sofi along with a couple of pads…old knees are fragile…LOL
Only got 2 WOD’s in this week, walking was consistent, came up a little short of the goal again this week on rowing, better than last week…
Here are my numbers…
Rowed: 14K meters
Walked: 20 miles
