Quick update this week. Feeling good...getting into the habit of doing my new routine...That's always the hardest part for me.
Have a few new things coming for the garage gym, some lighter weights for Sofi along with a couple of pads...old knees are fragile...LOL
Only got 2 WOD's in this week, walking was consistent, came up a little short of the goal again this week on rowing, better than last week...
Here are my numbers...
Rowed: 14K meters
Walked: 20 miles
